Gourmet Sightseeing Bustronome in Paris

I booked my friend and I for a couple hours of sightseeing on a bus in Paris and it was one of the best things I could’ve done. While sightseeing by bus isn’t new and innovative, the Bustronome in Paris provides it’s sightseers a very unique and tasty experience. It was definitely one of the more memorable activities we did in Paris.

All aboard the Bustronome, Paris!

What is Bustronome

The Bustronome is a luxurious double-decker bus that boasts a panoramic glass roof - providing it’s riders with one of the best views of the Parisian lifestyle in any weather condition.

Meeting Point

Finding the Bustronome was very easy - the meeting point was at the Arc de Triomphe. They will send you an email confirmation with the exact address of the meeting point once you’ve booked your lunch or dinner tour. The bus cannot be missed as it’s quite an outstanding vehicle.

The Sights

There are two dining options - lunch or dinner. The lunch tour is a bit shorter - and of course, you get to take in the sights during the day. The dinner tour takes longer and includes a few more destinations. I booked the lunch tour, it lasts about 2 hours and consists of the following locations: Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro, Tour Eiffel, Champ de Mars, Invalides, Assemblée Nationale, Pointe Alexandre III, Grand Palais, Concorde, Musée d'Orsay, Musée du Louvre, Opéra Garnier, Madeleine, Champs-Élysées.

Bon Appétit

le déjeuner est servi - lunch is served!

The food was surprisingly spectacular! I had very few expectations - and went in wanting to take in the gimmicky experience and see the sights while giving my feet a much-needed break after weeks of walking around Europe. We were served a scrumptious four-course lunch with wine pairing. We left with a very very full tummy, and a little tipsy 😋

Dîner avec style

Just because we were dining on a bus doesn’t mean we didn’t dress for the occasion. I did a cute and comfy black and white two-piece, a Dior hat, and some comfy sneakers to make it more casual (plus we had lots and lots more exploring afterwards). I’ve linked my items below.
